Almost 20 years ago a fledgling arts community created the Bend Gallery Association (an unincorporated non-profit association) and banded together to start a monthly First Friday Gallery Walk. This event has become a focal point for cultural activities in the community and a much anticipated festive beginning to every month of the year.
